If you contact us, we may receive your name, email address, phone or WhatsApp number, business details, website address and anything else you choose to send us.
If you become a client, we also keep the information needed to manage your project, communicate with you, receive payment and maintain appropriate business records.
Why we use it
To answer enquiries, provide our services, manage projects, process payments and meet our legal and accounting obligations.
Payments
Card payments are processed by Stripe. We do not store your full card details.
Bank transfers may be processed through our Wise Business account.
How long we keep information
Enquiry information is normally kept for up to 12 months.
Client and financial records may be kept longer where needed for legal, tax or legitimate business purposes.
Your rights
Depending on the circumstances, you may ask to see, correct or delete personal information we hold about you, or object to certain uses of it.
